This website and the Synthesise AI application (together, the “Site” and the “Services”) are owned and operated by IAG Services FZCO, doing business as “Synthesise AI” (“IAG Services FZCO,” “we,” or “us”).
By using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site and the Services in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site from time to time. Such changes will be posted on this page, and where a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice).
Your continued use of the Site or the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
2. Our Limited License to You
The Site and all materials made available on it by us, including our branding, design, text, graphics, software, and marketing content, are the property of us and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Your Content and Outputs
You retain all ownership rights in any material you upload to, submit to, or store within the Services (“User Content”). We claim no ownership over your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you represent that you own it or have the rights necessary to submit it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (solely for technical purposes such as formatting, indexing, and display), transmit, and display your User Content, in each case solely to the extent necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services for you.
This licence does not permit us to sell, license, publicly distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit your User Content outside of providing the Services to you. It terminates when you delete the relevant User Content or close your account, except that we may retain copies:
Where required by law; and
In routine encrypted backups, which are deleted in the ordinary course of business.
As between you and us, you own the content generated for you through the Services (“Outputs”), and you may use your Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be subject to the terms of third-party AI providers whose technology powers parts of the Services. Because of the nature of AI, similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users, and we cannot guarantee that Outputs are unique or protectable under intellectual property law.
If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, or testimonials to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
4. Content Disclaimer
Synthesise AI is an AI-powered tool that helps content creators build digital product frameworks.
We are not responsible for the content generated using our platform. All views, opinions, and materials produced by the AI tool are solely the responsibility of the user and do not reflect our own views or opinions.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws before using or publishing it.
5. Limitations on Linking and Framing
You may establish a hypertext link to the Site so long as the link does not imply sponsorship by us.
However, you may not frame or inline link any content from the Site without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
We may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content or services offered on those sites.
Synthesise AI operates on an “AS IS” basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or the Services, or the accuracy of content generated through them.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Synthesise AI, its affiliates, and their respective agents, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Site or the Services;
Your User Content;
Your use of Outputs;
Your breach of these Terms of Service; or
Your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Online Commerce
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or services through the Site.
If purchasing on behalf of another, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
We are not responsible for third-party products or services purchased through the Site.
9. Subscription and Refund Policy
Synthesise AI operates on a monthly subscription basis. Charges are billed at the beginning of each subscription cycle.
Refunds are available only if requested within the first seven (7) days of the initial subscription. No refunds will be issued for subsequent billing periods.
To cancel your subscription, please email us at support@synthesise.ai at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
10. Passwords and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site, the Services, or their content.
In jurisdictions where such limitations are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
You retain ownership of your User Content and Outputs following termination, and the provisions of these Terms of Service regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability shall survive.
13. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), which rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause.
The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the number of arbitrators shall be one, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion.
Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site or the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
